Eyewear Specialist / Optical Sales Associate — Paid Training | No Weekends
Our growing optometry practice is hiring a friendly and motivated Eyewear Specialist to help patients select frames and lenses while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, fashion, or healthcare and is looking for a stable weekday schedule with long-term career growth.
No optical experience required — we provide training.

- Monday–Friday
- No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with selecting eyewear frames based on fit, style, and lifestyle needs
- Recommend lenses and coatings to improve vision and comfort
- Take accurate facial and frame measurements
- Operate lensometer equipment (training provided)
- Dispense and adjust eyewear orders
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient concerns
- Maintain showroom organization and general office support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
