We’re seeking motivated and experienced Contact Center Representatives to be part of our customer sales team. (Bilingual a plus!)
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Schedule inspections and service appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Support our field sales team by setting quality leads and appointments
- Maintain accurate records in our system
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
