About the Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator who wants an opportunity to launch their career, develop real-world marketing skills, and build an impressive portfolio across multiple brands.
This opportunity is available as either a full-time position or contract-based work, depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and preferred working arrangement.
This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging creator, recent graduate, freelancer, or self-taught creative who understands social media, loves creating video content, and wants hands-on experience working directly with an entrepreneur and multiple growing brands.
You will be responsible for helping create and manage content across IGM, LNX Innovations, Forum, and a personal executive brand, giving you exposure to several different areas including sales, entrepreneurship, business consulting, leadership, company culture, lifestyle, and personal branding.
We aren't necessarily looking for someone with years of professional experience. We are looking for someone with creativity, ambition, consistency, a strong work ethic, and the desire to become great at what they do.
What You'll Be Doing
You will help oversee the content process from idea → filming → editing → posting → performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Create content across multiple company and personal brands
- Work directly with company leadership to capture day-to-day business, meetings, events, travel, training, company culture, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop creative concepts, video ideas, hooks, captions, and scripts
- Turn everyday business activities into engaging social media content
- Help build and maintain content calendars across multiple brands
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Stay current on social media trends, sounds, editing styles, and platform changes
- Repurpose long-form and existing content into short-form videos
- Capture photos and videos at company events and other activities
- Help develop each brand's individual voice and visual identity
- Track views, engagement, follower growth, leads, and other performance metrics
- Identify which types of content perform best and create more of what works
- Help use content to generate brand awareness, recruiting leads, business leads, and sales opportunities

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is a plus.
Experience
Professional content creation experience is preferred but not required.
We are open to candidates who have built their skills through personal social media accounts, college projects, freelance work, internships, small-business projects, or self-taught content creation.
Your creativity, work ethic, and portfolio matter more to us than the number of years on your resume.
Full-Time & Contract Opportunities
We understand that talented creators work in different ways, which is why we are open to both traditional employment and contract/freelance arrangements.
For contract-based candidates, the scope of work, content deliverables, filming schedule, turnaround expectations, and compensation can be structured based on experience and availability.
Contract work may also provide an opportunity to develop into a larger or more permanent role as our brands continue to grow.
