Junior Associate – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm
Renowned Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm, with offices in Lower Manhattan, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in plaintiff’s personal injury practice and will work closely with our more senior attorneys on all aspects of active litigation. Responsibilities will include discovery, drafting and responding to motions, court appearances, court conferences, depositions, and general case management from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 1–3 years of litigation experience; personal injury experience is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other legal documents
- Comfortable appearing in court and communicating with opposing counsel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent client service

Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, with regular salary reviews.
