Responsibilities
- Lead engaging jet ski tours, sharing fascinating stories and local insights to enhance guest experiences
- Ensure the safety of all tour participants by conducting pre-tour safety briefings and monitoring during excursions
- Manage tour group logistics, including check-in procedures, equipment distribution, and timing to maintain smooth operations
- Demonstrate proper jet ski operation techniques and enforce safety protocols in accordance with local regulations
- Build rapport with guests through friendly communication, addressing questions and providing personalized attention
- Maintain equipment integrity by inspecting jet skis before and after each tour and reporting any issues promptly
- Educate guests on wilderness safety practices, environmental preservation, and responsible waterway use
