General Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeking individuals who have experience in the food service industry and are committed to providing a quality dining experience

Responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of daily banquet and event functions.

Ability to work clean and organized in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Ability to stay on task and balance the production of multiple events and functions.

Maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Must be able to follow and execute recipes to specific specifications in collaboration with The Banquet chef and Demi banquet chef.

Willingness to assist in a variety of functions including wine diners, buffets, carving stations, Large plated events, etc.

Opens or Closes the kitchen properly to the standards set by Kitchen Chefs
Qualifications:

Am and PM Availability. Including weekends and holidays.

Experience 1+ year in a production or food service operation.

Must pass background check.

Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: based on experience $17 - $19 per hour.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Cooking/Kitchen: 1 year (Mandatory)
