Interior Designer – 3D Rendering & Interior Design
ABADI Development Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Rendering & Interior Designer to support the design and visualization of high-end residential projects. This role combines architectural drafting, 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, and interior design to help bring concepts to life for design development, client presentations, and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a well-known related firm and is proficient in architectural drafting software and rendering applications and has a strong eye for design, materials, lighting, and space planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential projects.
- Assist with interior design concepts, material selections, furniture layouts, and finish palettes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine project designs.
- Revise drawings and renderings based on project updates and client feedback.
- Produce presentation materials, renderings, and visualizations for client meetings and marketing.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and project standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an interior design-related role with a recognized and established firm is required.
- Experience in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and interior design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other similar design and rendering software.
- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Corona Renderer is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic editing software preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and interior finishes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
