Showing Agent – North Jersey

NJ Leasing Company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for experienced, sales-driven Showing Agents to join our North Jersey team.
We provide the leads, the inventory, and most importantly, a consistent pipeline of scheduled showings. You are not responsible for finding your own prospects or cold calling. Our scheduling team keeps your calendar filled so you can focus on what you do best: meeting prospects, building rapport, and closing.
Your job isn't simply to open the door and show an apartment. Your job is to understand what the prospect is looking for and help get them into a place. If the first apartment isn't right, we have a large inventory of other units. A strong agent keeps the relationship, finds the right fit, gets the application, and closes the deal.
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in people with experience in:
- Automotive/car sales
- Apartment leasing
- Real estate sales or rentals
- Door-to-door or outside sales
- Other commission-driven, high-volume sales environments
You should already understand how to build rapport quickly, follow up, overcome objections, ask for the application, and close.

Compensation
100% commission-based.
There is significant volume available for the right candidate. If you know how to turn consistent showings into relationships, applications, and leases, there is an opportunity to earn well over $100,000 per year.
This isn't a position for someone who simply wants to unlock doors. We're looking for a salesperson who understands that every showing is an opportunity, knows how to work a prospect, and wants their income tied directly to their performance.
