We're now growing in the U.S. and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Marketing Specialist to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop, write, and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
2. Manage and update website content; monitor site traffic and generate regular marketing performance reports.
3. Promote the brand through major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok , Xiaohongshu , etc.) and engage target audiences.
4. Plan and implement media buying strategies and execute SEO optimization.
5. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; capable of conducting professional bilingual communication.
3. Familiarity with social media management and knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
4. Must possess legal authorization to work.
5. Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, excellent cross functional communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
