Leadership Opportunity for an Established Barber
We are an established booth rent barbershop in Richardson, Texas, seeking an experienced and established barber to serve as our Shop Manager and Team Leader.
This position is designed for a barber who already has a strong clientele and is looking to take on a leadership role while continuing to build their own business behind the chair. The ideal candidate will help oversee daily operations, support fellow barbers, maintain professional standards, recruit new talent, and contribute to the growth of the shop.
In exchange for management responsibilities, the selected candidate will receive discounted booth rent and additional performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the barbershop
- Serve as the primary on-site leader and representative of ownership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Help ensure barbers adhere to shop standards and expectations
- Support conflict resolution and maintain positive team culture
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new barbers
- Help recruit experienced barbers to join the shop
- Monitor customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend ideas and initiatives to increase traffic, retention, and revenue
- Communicate operational needs and opportunities directly with ownership
Qualifications
- Active Texas Barber License
- Must have an established clientele and active book of business
- Minimum 3 years of barbering experience preferred
- Previous leadership, management, or mentoring experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality
- Passion for helping grow a business and develop a strong team culture
Time Commitment
- Must maintain a regular and consistent presence in the shop
- Preferred minimum availability of 30 hours per week on-site
- Must be accessible to ownership and team members regarding operational matters
