About the Role
We’re hiring a Spanish-speaking BDC / Social Media Rep to manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, and help grow our online presence. If you're organized, social media-savvy, and speak Spanish, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- Respond to leads from Facebook, Messenger, and website
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Post and engage on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Track follow-ups in CRM
- Create basic content for vehicle promotions
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong phone and messaging skills
- Social media experience (posting, stories, reels)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with DealerCenter is a plus
- Automotive or BDC experience is a bonus
