- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques
- Support customers with basic banking or financial services, including loan processing or account inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Use financial software to record sales, update customer information, and manage transaction details
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances ability to assist customers effectively
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of financial software systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available
- Demonstrated ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately is advantageous
- Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude are vital for success in this role
