We're seeking a hands-on Automation & Controls Technician to support a highly automated distribution facility. You'll work with advanced PLC controls, building management systems, conveyors, sortation equipment, and automation networks that keep the operation moving.
Support and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, automation networks, and facility control systems that drive daily operations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, controls, and mechanical issues before they impact productivity.
Use data, trends, and system analysis to improve equipment reliability and overall performance.
Partner with engineers, maintenance teams, and vendors on system upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.

Troubleshoot, repair, and modify PLC logic and HMI interfaces
Support Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility automation controls
Analyze equipment performance trends and recommend improvements
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automation systems
Assist with maintenance of conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
Coordinate with vendors on controls and electrical installations
Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and documentation
Manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance planning activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical best practices

Pay Details: $41.50 per hour
