In this role, you will be responsible for creating vibrant, high-quality school portraits that reflect each child's personality and spirit. Extensive experience with portrait photography is not required. Duties
- Set up and operate professional photography gear, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops to ensure optimal image quality.
- Manage image processing workflows efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with school staff and students to create a positive and comfortable environment during photo sessions.
- Utilize social media management skills to share engaging visual content that promotes our brand and services.
- Act as the face of the company, interacting positively with school administrators, teachers, and parents.
Qualifications
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive state and federal background check (required for working in educational environments).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep children comfortable and smiling.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to travel to various school locations within the district.
