Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Document interactions and maintain updated customer records

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
