Rush Translations & Immigrant Services is seeking experienced Vietnamese interpreters in New York and the surrounding region for in-person USCIS immigration appointments.
Vietnamese interpreters are in high demand for our growing client base. We are actively building our roster of qualified Vietnamese-English interpreters across the United States.
About the role:
We dispatch interpreters to USCIS field office and asylum office appointments to support clients during interviews. Assignments are scheduled in advance, typically 2-4 hours each, sometimes longer.
Location:
USCIS Office at 26 Federal Plaza #0127, New York, NY. We also serve clients across the broader New York region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Vietnamese and English
- Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before your first assignment

Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Prior interpretation experience (immigration experience welcome but not required)
- Reliable transportation to the USCIS office
