As a Junior Packout Project Manager (JPM), you'll learn every aspect of the contents restoration industry while working directly alongside experienced Project Managers. This position is designed as a career path into a full Project Manager role.

What You'll Do
Project Coordination
· Set up new jobs in our management system
· Schedule packouts, deliveries, and packbacks
· Coordinate crews and daily production schedules
· Monitor project timelines and ensure jobs continue moving forward
Customer Communication
· Provide weekly updates to homeowners
· Answer customer questions
· Schedule appointments
· Document all communication
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Inventory & Documentation
· Review inventory accuracy
· Verify job documentation
· Upload photos and project notes
· Ensure paperwork is complete and organized
· Track customer belongings throughout the restoration process
Production Support
· Monitor active projects daily
· Identify delays before they become problems
· Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
· Assist Project Managers with estimates and production planning
Collections & Administrative Support
· Track deductible payments
· Schedule payment collections
· Monitor project milestones
· Review dashboards and job reports
· Maintain accurate production notes

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
