Job Overview
Our Dispensary Delivery Drivers (DDD) will play a key role in the brand representation of NYCCE, engaging with potential guests as they’re out completing on-time scheduled deliveries to our clients in a company-owned vehicle. Our DDD will work as part of a unique team that are both dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional world-class service to every guest and client. Job Responsibilities/Duties

As the face of NYCCE, maintain a neat, clean appearance, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, always ready to greet guests/clients, answer questions and offer assistance with our products and services.

Follows NYCCE delivery protocols and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure driver, customer and vehicle safety and security (including inventory and assets).
- Safely and efficiently completes on-time scheduled deliveries of cannabis products directly to customers using a company-owned vehicle, while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations, including verifying customer’s identification, age and securing signatures.

Properly utilizes technology platforms to track inventory, provide on-demand customer support, delivery updates and real tracking to customers.

Regularly and proactively communicate with Dispatch & Fulfillment Specialists (and management team) regarding delivery order and route management, customer issues, customer feedback.
- Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures as well as the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations.

Ensures compliance with NYCCE Visual Standards: maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, store exterior, sales floor, back-office, etc. are clean and presentable, sales floor stock replenishment.

Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, inventory management, delivery system, etc.).

Full participation in Company’s training and development program to improve skills and productivity as requested by management.

Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed
Skills/Experience/Requirements

Must have and maintain a clean driving record. (Required)

Must be at least 21 years of age. (Required)

Legally authorized to work in the United States. (Required)

High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of customer service and delivery experience. (Required)

Ability to pass pre-employment background check. (Required)

Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and adhere to attendance policy. (Required)

Must have prior experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary. (Required)

Must be friendly, outgoing and have a genuine passion for “service” and an ability to build relationships. (Required)

Must be open to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. (Required)

Able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply) and must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; bi-lingual a plus! (Required)
Additional Requirements
Physical:
- Ability to work satisfactorily in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room up and down stairs; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required. Ability to frequently lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
