Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is a growing integrative psychiatry and wellness practice. We're building something intentionally different: a collaborative, sustainable practice focused on meaningful clinical work, strong patient relationships, and innovative, whole-person care — psychiatry, integrative medicine, ketamine/Spravato services, and functional approaches to mental health. We have strong referral demand and established patient volume.
The Role
We're seeking an Iowa-licensed psychiatric provider to help carry and grow our outpatient psychiatry services. We're open to full-time or part-time, and to remote, hybrid, or in-person arrangements depending on fit.
*We especially welcome Physician Associates (PA-C) and physicians, as well as experienced PMHNPs, who are confident managing a broad outpatient psychiatric population and value collaborative, integrative care.
What You'll Do
- Psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessment
- Medication management and follow-up care
- Collaborative treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team
- Timely, high-quality documentation
- Participation in case consultation as needed
Experience We Value
Depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, substance use, and treatment-resistant presentations. Interest or experience in ketamine/Spravato, addiction medicine, integrative psychiatry, or functional medicine is a plus, not a requirement.
Qualifications
- Active Iowa license: **PA-C, physician (MD/DO), or PMHNP**
- Active DEA registration
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation

Compensation
Compensation is flexible and depends on experience, licensure, schedule, work structure (W-2 vs. 1099), and clinical scope. We're happy to discuss specifics with strong candidates.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
