We are a growing full-service moving company in Middletown, CT.
Job functions will be to serve as the Driver / Pro Mover, assisting our customers in the padding/protecting, packing, moving, and delivery of household goods.
(You are required to be physically fit as work is labor intensive.)
Flexible scheduling and advance notice is provided for days of work.
Pro Movers/Drivers will drive a 37’ straight truck (26’ box truck) while also performing all the tasks of a Pro Mover. Extra responsibility is associated with logs and record keeping. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
(No CDL license is required.)
What We Offer

- Base pay of $20–$24/hour, with advancement based on performance, experience, and role

Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for customer-service oriented individuals with moving experience. Some form of experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction, or truck driving is required. This position is labor intensive.

Driving experience is REQUIRED. If your resume does not showcase moving experience, that is acceptable, but you must briefly explain your desire and fit for the position.

Responsibilities include:
- Safely driving a 26’ box truck
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Completing daily logs and time tracking
- Providing top-notch customer service as a driver/mover
- Safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings
- Greeting customers upon arrival and completing a walk-through
- Communicating professionally and comfortably with customers
Job Requirements
- Practical experience driving large trucks safely
- Physically fit with above-average strength
- Ability to repeatedly lift 100 lbs or more
- Stamina for climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and walking
- Experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction, or truck driving helpful
- Professional moving experience preferred
- Experience loading and stacking furniture safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card required prior to driving
- Presentable and personable with strong customer-service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
- Good hand-eye coordination

- Monday through Saturday
- Weekend availability
