We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Technician (1st shift and 2nd shift) to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform detailed analysis of product quality, including pictures.
- Ensure accurate descriptions, weights, temperatures, and counts.
- Communicating with other departments, when a product is changing its quality: Buyers, QA department, Plant Manager and Supervisors.
- Assure all product labels are correct and accurate.
- Maintain documentation of quality audits, inspections, and test results in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, CGMP standards and requirements throughout all stages of production.
Skills
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, and other relevant quality management standards.
- Experience participating in quality audits and familiarity with QA/QC processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects or inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
