About the Role
As a Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will spearhead technical initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and product quality. You will leverage your expertise in process optimization and root cause analysis to solve complex industrial challenges while driving long-term capital improvement projects.
Responsibilities-
Direct continuous improvement initiatives that elevate safety standards, production yield, and overall operational performance.

Utilize advanced data analytics to identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable technical solutions.

Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, from initial design and budgeting to final implementation and commissioning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance and production teams to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and optimize industrial automation equipment.

Provide technical mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and proactive problem-solving.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and operational standards.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

Proven track record in managing capital projects and process development.

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and root cause analysis.

Demonstrated ability to perform Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) and manage combustible dust or vapor hazards.

Advanced certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Experience within the food and beverage or high-compliance manufacturing sectors.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex industrial automation and control systems.
