We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Lead! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Base Pay: $16.60

Total Expected Compensation: $20–$27 per hour (including tips)

Oversee daily food and beverage operations

Support and train team members to ensure great service

Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Assist with inventory, ordering, and product presentation

Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

Food Handlers or Food Manager Certificate – a plus (training can be provided if not current)

Illinois BASSET Certificate – a plus (training can be provided if not current)
