Pool Service Technician – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Braintree, MA
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
HydroTech is a well‑established and rapidly growing pool service and construction company based in Braintree, MA. We’re expanding our service team and are looking for motivated, experienced, and customer‑focused individuals. This is a year‑round position with both indoor and outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand service and maintenance needs
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Travel locally and work independently throughout the day
- Complete and submit service documentation in a timely manner
- Process customer service orders accurately
- Maintain, stock, and organize company vehicle
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability
- CPO License (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently or alongside other technicians
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
