BDC Manager – Lexus of Northborough
Lexus of Northborough is seeking a polished, results-driven BDC Manager who understands how to deliver a luxury experience at every customer touchpoint. The right candidate will be passionate about creating seamless, high-quality interactions while driving appointment setting, lead conversion, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC representatives to deliver a luxury-level customer experience
- Drive inbound and outbound call performance, internet lead response, and appointment setting
- Monitor KPIs including appointment show rates, conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Implement processes that ensure consistency, professionalism, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to maximize opportunities
- Train and mentor staff on communication, follow-up, and brand representation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive BDC management experience required (luxury experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, coaching-driven approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement
- Professional, polished demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
