The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for residents, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Oversee daytoday operations of the community, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and resident relations

Manage and supervise a team of community staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate and oversee community events and activities to promote resident engagement and a sense of community

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including lease agreements, contracts, and applicable regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track resident interactions and provide personalized service

Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as needed

Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations

Office administration experience in a real estate or property management setting

Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices

Proficient in data entry and record keeping

Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, including contracts and lease agreements

Experience working with Entrata software
