Job Overview
We are seeking several dedicated, energetic, passionate and experienced Pilates Instructors to join our team as we expand into Pilates. The ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and capable of delivering high-quality instruction in both group and private settings. You will lead engaging Pilates classes designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being for participants of all levels. As a key member of our health team, you will utilize your knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and program design to deliver safe and effective sessions that enhance members' physical health and confidence. Your expertise will inspire members to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a motivating and supportive environment.
Duties
- Lead dynamic Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
- Develop innovative class programs that incorporate principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to maximize results
- Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual needs and limitations
- Promote a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention
- Collaborate with other fitness and medical professionals to integrate Pilates into comprehensive wellness plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, Pilates techniques, and health sciences to continually enhance class quality
Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor with relevant credentials from recognized organizations
- Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
- CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics and injury prevention as they relate to movement and exercise
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups effectively
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness aspirations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with reformer, Cadillac, and/or chair equipment for Pilates instruction.
- Background college degrees or training in fitness, physical therapy, or related field.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
