What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Serve as a professional and helpful point of contact for customers by answering questions and explaining AT&T products and services.
- Help new and existing customers find the best AT&T internet, wireless, and business solutions for their needs.
- Assist customers with sales orders, setup, account support, plan changes, and service upgrades.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and connect customers with the appropriate support when needed during the sales process
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to be clear, patient, and able to explain technical or complex concepts in plain language.
- Strong desire to help customers get the connectivity solutions they need.
- Basic understanding of Internet, wireless, and networking services (or ability to learn quickly).
- Sales mindset with integrity to help customers make the right choice
- Reliability, professionalism, and ability to handle multiple customer interactions attentively and efficiently
Entry Level Sales Representative Overview:
This position is a full time employment position. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new residential customers for their wireless and internet services
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
