Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on beer dispensing systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues accurately.
- Conduct appliance repairs and assemble new equipment as needed to ensure optimal operation.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to replace parts, calibrate systems, and optimize performance.
- Assist with delivery and setup of equipment using box trucks or similar vehicles, ensuring safe handling during transport.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and system status updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance schedules, and operational tips.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair, equipment maintenance, or field service roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, electrical components, and assembly processes.
- Previous delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques related to service technician work.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
