Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Gernral Laborer to bring heartfelt tributes to life through precise and respectful memorial work. In this role, you will craft personalized memorials, including plaques, headstones, and monuments, ensuring each piece reflects the dignity and individuality of those being honored. Your craftsmanship will help families preserve memories and celebrate lives with care and artistry. Duties
- Must be mechanically inclined and good with hand tools.
- Be able to learn such skills as Weeding, Applying Stencil, Cleaning Granite, Sand Blasting, Shape Carving, Cement Work, Stalling & Yard work
- Be able to learn how to prep and finish units.
- Must be able to read and understand the weekly schedule and hot list.
- Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
- Assure that the weekly schedule is completed.
- Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work as part of the team.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule vacation so that department remains functional.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
