Meredith Commercial Real Estate Advisors is seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets Specialist to assist our existing clientele in meeting their objectives through bridge loans, permanent loans, mezzanine/quasi-equity, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and equity participation.
The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, an existing book of business, and the ability to “cross-pollinate” the existing book of business with our current and future clientele.
