Position Overview
MAD Events is seeking an Entry Level Communications Associate to support customer communication efforts during live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate service information and promotional details to customers
- Assist customers with questions and provide a positive experience
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event activities
- Work with team members to ensure smooth daily event operations
- Represent MAD Events professionally at all assigned locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area
- Full-time availability, including some weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
