Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-site Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our facility. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and team performance. As the On-site Manager, you will coordinate staff activities, manage cleaning and custodial services, and uphold safety regulations to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial, industrial cleaning, laundry, and custodial teams to ensure all tasks meet quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize productivity and service delivery.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols across all operations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Oversee the implementation of cleaning procedures in commercial, hospitality, hotel, and healthcare settings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership during onboarding, training new team members in cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising cleaning teams within industrial, commercial, or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures including janitorial services, laundry management, and custodial work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations relevant to industrial cleaning and facility management.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to motivate staff, foster teamwork, and lead by example under demanding conditions.
