Truecare Medical Equipment is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is full time M-F with 1 week vacation, competitive salary, retirement fund and 2 week vacation after 3 years. Candidates should have computer knowledge, good communication skills and be able to multitask on a daily basis. Will train the right candidate. - Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical services
- Process patient payments and provide accurate billing information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with medical staff to address patient concerns and resolve issues
- Stay updated on medical coding, billing, and insurance regulations
