Duties
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and freshness
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and provide excellent service with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station, ensuring all food safety standards are met
- Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies regularly to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods
- Handle cash register operations accurately and process transactions swiftly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards (training provided if necessary)
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) comfortably
