Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to be a part of our Revenue Cycle Automation and Office Optimization initiatives. The goal of the team will be to drive end-to-end identification, prioritization, and realization of automation and process optimization value across the revenue cycle.
In this role, candidates will:
- Maintain automation roadmap and pipeline aligned to financial impact (cost + revenue lift)
- Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities across workflows (denials, billing, follow-up, etc.)
- Track value realization, adoption, and performance vs. plan (benefits + KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement automation solutions for revenue cycle management processes to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare regulations, maintaining adherence to all relevant healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Implementing best practices and utilizing technology to enhance productivity.
- Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with hospital departments and third-party payers to streamline insurance billing processes for health insurance claims.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle efficiency, reporting on progress and recommending strategic improvements.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong revenue cycle SME with cross-functional understanding
- Analytical mindset (comfortable with sizing opportunities, building business cases)
- Process improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) with stakeholder influence skills
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations governing healthcare billing and reimbursement.
- Deep understanding of health insurance policies, third-party billing procedures, and claims processing workflows.
- Expertise in electronic health records (EHR) management systems and their integration with billing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets related to revenue cycle performance.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and staff leadership.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology tools aimed at automating administrative tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Previous experience with management consulting and/or experience working for Epic
Education and certification requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
· Certifications - EPIC, HFMA, ASCP, CPC, CISA, CPA, or related healthcare revenue cycle certifications

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
