What You'll Do
Every day is different. Responsibilities include:
- Dispatch and schedule service technicians
- Close work orders and verify job completion
- Prepare and send customer estimates
- Collect customer payments
- Manage maintenance membership plans, including creating, scheduling, and tracking tune-up visits
- Follow up with customers after service
- Manage online reviews and customer satisfaction
- Register and verify equipment warranties
- Research, source, and order parts for upcoming projects
- Prepare reports and assist with office operations
- Coordinate networking events and community outreach
- Assist with social media marketing and content
- Help support our charitable organization through fundraising events, sponsorships, partnerships, and scholarship administration
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working for an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, or other home service company (HVAC experience is strongly preferred)
- Learns new software and processes quickly
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Is highly organized and can successfully juggle multiple priorities
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is dependable, positive, and professional
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Wants to grow with a company instead of simply collecting a paycheck
Qualifications
- Home service experience required, HVAC experience a Plus
- Organized and takes initiative
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- CRM Software experience (Housecall Pro, Service Titan, Fieldedge, etc)
- Works well with a close knit, small team
- Social media and Canva knowledge a plus
- Outgoing with strong networking skills
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
We are looking for somone with prior home service experiance who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
