SEI’s Corporate Development team is seeking an M&A Integration Lead to play a critical role in supporting the growth and long ‑ term success of acquired partner businesses. In this role, you will lead due diligence and in tegration efforts from Day One planning through full execution , ensuring the implementation of scalable, best ‑ in ‑ class operational processes that support deal objectives and value creation.
You will serve as the primary integration leader and coordinator of target due diligence , coordinating across SEI business stakeholders and Corporate Development to assess the operational soundness of targets and design and execute integration strategies aligned with each acquisition’s objectives . As the face of the SEI integration team, you will have significant exposure to senior management and key decision ‑ makers and will be instrumental in advancing SEI’s broader M&A strategy.
The ideal candidate is action ‑ oriented , impact ‑ focused , and brings deep experience in merger and acquisition strategy and operations and integration. You are able to understand the broader integration strategy, anticipate risks, and quickly develop pragmatic mitigation plans. Experience working across multiple SEI business units is a plus.
Lead and support SEI’s due diligence of targets and integration program across multiple mergers and acquisitions, orchestrating cross ‑ functional teams through integration planning, execution, value realization, and change management.
Serve as the face of the SEI integration team, staying current on evolving partner strategies, business priorities, and broader operational initiatives.
Build strong partnerships with deal stakeholders to align on operating models, integration strategy, execution plans, progress, risks, and key decisions.
Develop and execute partner transition plans, including partner overlap analysis, contract reviews, partner onboarding and sunsetting, communications, and change management.
Define, implement, and communicate key performance indicators to measure integration impact on revenue, capacity, and partner experience.
Professional experience and skills
Business Operations: Background in operational functions such as partner programs, onboarding, growth, marketing, lead or deal registration, partner portals, and/ or co ‑ selling models.
