Penmac Staffing is currently seeking 2–3 experienced CNC Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity in the Owensville area. If you have previous machine operating or CNC experience and are looking for a steady, daytime schedule, this could be a great fit. CNC Machine Operator Requirements
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or CNC Operator is required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and other production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Load and unload materials and maintain production flow
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
