Job Summary:
The Service Operations Specialist supports aftermarket order fulfillment by coordinating the processing of accessories, spare parts, returns, replacement orders, and other service-related transactions. This position works closely with Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order issues, maintain accurate product and inventory data, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely fulfillment of both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) orders.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support daily order fulfillment activities for accessories, spare parts, returns, replacement orders, liquidation orders, and other service-related transactions.
- Monitor and resolve order exceptions, including inventory holds, system-generated order holds, inventory adjustments, order releases, modifications, and cancellations to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the Spare Parts Specialist with spare parts administration, including product listings, product master data maintenance, pricing updates, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain accurate spare parts information within ERP and related business systems to support efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Support fulfillment activities for both B2B and B2C spare parts orders by ensuring order accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping issues, create shipping requests, and monitor shipment progress.
- Communicate regularly with warehouse service providers to monitor pending shipments, shipment status, and order completion activities.
- Verify that shipped orders are accurately posted, updated, and closed within the appropriate systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Support the Service Operations team in processing no-charge orders, warranty replacement orders, liquidation orders, and customer sales orders.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve order-related issues and maintain order accuracy.
- Monitor inventory availability and assist with inventory adjustments necessary to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate order documentation, shipment records, inventory transactions, and operational reports.
- Identify recurring operational issues and communicate recommendations for process improvements to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and order processing standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, customer service, spare parts administration, or supply chain operations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, customer service, spare parts administration, or supply chain operations, preferably in eMobility, consumer electronics, or powersports.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or comparable order management systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping processes, warehouse operations, and order processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, execution capability, and a results-oriented approach.
- Experience working in a multinational company within an international team is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
Physical Demands:
This position operates primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to warehouse facilities. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and occasional standing or walking within warehouse or distribution environments. Regular use of standard office equipment is required. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
