Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document resident care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems)
- Support patients with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory care as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Engage with residents to provide emotional support and companionship
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident service

Sponsorship available for the CNA program ( required to work 180 days if sponsored to go to CNA classes. )
$500 sign on bonus given after 90 days
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
