We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Officers at a large industrial and logistics facility in Sheboygan.
Whether you're an experienced security professional or looking for a new career, we'd love to meet you!
No security experience? No problem. We provide training for first-time security officers and will help guide you through the licensing process.
A valid Wisconsin Guard Card is required for this position or must be obtained after hire.
We make the process easy! We provide assistance with obtaining your Wisconsin Guard Card and can help guide new officers through every step of the licensing process. Training is also available for individuals who are new to the security industry.

Monitor and control access to the facility

Verify employee and visitor credentials

Conduct interior and exterior patrols

Write clear and accurate activity and incident reports

Respond professionally to security concerns

Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

Provide excellent customer service while representing our team

Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented

Strong communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout your shift

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons

Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Security experience is a plus—but it is NOT required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to start a rewarding career.
