Job Summary
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team at Stein Seal Company. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC machines, including milling machines and lathes, to produce high-precision mechanical components. Blueprint reading, and machining tools will be essential to ensure the production of top-quality seals and components that meet strict industry standards.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Knowledge of working with various types of metals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and operation techniques.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical blueprints and interpreting engineering drawings with GD&T standards.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and bore gauges.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

5:30 PM to 2:00 AM overtime available
