Responsibilities
- Safely operate your personal tractor-trailers, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Transport containers using flatbed, refrigerated trailer, tanker, dump truck, roll-off truck, or other specialized equipment as required
- Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods
- Manage freight handling tasks including securing loads, inspecting containers for damage, and ensuring proper documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to maintain optimal performance and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route adjustments, or any issues encountered during transit
Experience
- Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on commercial driving operations involving tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty vehicles
- Prior delivery driver experience handling freight across diverse environments and cargo types
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with relevant endorsements; experience with freight handling equipment is a plus
Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
