Job Title: Independent Contractor - Therapeutic Licensed Massage Therapist

About Us:
Our practice is dedicated to women’s wellness, focusing on TMJ and pelvic alignment. We use the John Barnes Myofascial Release method and are passionate about providing specialized care to help our clients achieve optimal health. We are looking for an Independent Contractor Licensed Massage Therapist who is either experienced with or willing to learn this technique, along with other therapeutic methods.
Position:
We seek a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. Ideally, you have experience with therapeutic techniques such as muscle attachment work, stretching, cupping, muscle scraping, and gua sha. A willingness to learn and apply the John Barnes Myofascial Release method is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments with a focus on muscle attachment work, stretching, cupping, muscle scraping, and gua sha.
- Work with clients to address TMJ and pelvic alignment issues.
- Comfortable with handling clients issues independently and on a case by case basis.
- Collaborate in a mentor-mentee relationship to grow professionally.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified in massage therapy.
- Experience with therapeutic techniques and modalities like cupping and gua sha is preferred.
- Open to learning and applying the John Barnes Myofascial Release method.
- Passionate about women’s health and wellness.
- Ability to execute professional treatments and handle client transactions on their own.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours based on availability and client demand.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
