We clean homes in the Cypress area and The Heights. We’ve been doing it since 2008, and we’re still growing. We’re looking for people who are dependable, friendly with clients, and comfortable working independently.
The Work
This job is hands-on and physical. You’ll walk, bend, scrub, and stay active throughout the day. Many of our team members say it replaces their gym membership!
You’ll also be entering clients’ homes, so being respectful, kind, and professional is a must.
Pay
- $17/hr guaranteed during training
- After training, pay is based on a percentage of the jobs you complete. The more efficient you are and the higher the quality of your work, the more you earn. Our team averages $23.28/hr — above the Houston market average.
- Top earners reach $30–$33/hr.
- 100% of tips go directly to you , not split, not pooled. Yours.
- Performance bonuses based on quality, productivity, and attendance.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday only. No nights. No weekends. Ever.
- First home at 8 am. Done between 3:30 and 5:30, depending on the schedule you choose.
- You’re home by dinnertime every day.
Your Status
- W2 employee , not a contractor, not a gig app. We handle our share of your payroll taxes and you get the protections that come with real employment.

Requirements
- Live within 15 miles of Cypress and the Heights
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to stay active all shift and lift 30 lbs
- Friendly and client-focused
