Role Overview:
As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and clients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt your schedule to best meet the needs of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Administer medications and follow care plans as outlined by healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Certificate in caregiving or related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving clients’ quality of life.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience in a caregiving or healthcare role (preferred).
Bonus If You:
- Have additional certifications in first aid or CPR.

Are bilingual or have proficiency in a second language.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available for Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options across all days of the week, including weekends.
Location:
This is an on-site position located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
