Schedule:
- Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Includes weekends
- Days off built into rotation
What You’ll Do:
- Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
- Monitor production and record silo measurements
- Perform quality control checks on materials
- Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Load and dispatch trucks safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine plant and safety inspections
- Keep equipment running smoothly with lubrication checks
What You Bring:
- Experience in construction, mining, or industrial work preferred
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment (or eager to learn)
- Mechanically inclined and hands-on
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-first mindset
- Able to work outdoors in a physical environment
