Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech-language pathology services to children from birth to three years of age. The ideal candidate will have a current NJ license or be in their Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist. This is an opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to make your own hours to fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services to children with developmental delays and disorders
Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support children's communication development
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensure/Certification: Current NJ license or Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist
Additional Requirements: Ability to provide Early Intervention services and work collaboratively with families and caregivers
