About This Opportunity
Chop Chop Deliveries LLC is a professional catering delivery company serving Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas. We specialize in restaurant and catering delivery to corporate clients, medical facilities, schools, construction sites, events, and large catering customers.
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional delivery job. We are looking for a small group of reliable, professional drivers who want to earn meaningful pay during a focused weekday lunch window without spending the entire day driving for a gig app.
Pay: $30 to $50+ per delivery. Pay varies based on the delivery, distance, size, and complexity. Some deliveries pay more. This is not an hourly rate.
Schedule
Our peak demand is weekday lunch. Most drivers will complete approximately one delivery per shift, though occasionally two may be available.
Availability needed: Monday through Friday, approximately 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are typically our busiest days. Evening and weekend opportunities may occasionally become available, but weekday lunch availability is the priority.
This is not a shift-based role. Drivers claim and accept available deliveries based on their own availability.

Driver Standards
Our drivers are expected to:
- Arrive on time, every time
- Communicate professionally with restaurants and customers
- Verify orders before leaving the restaurant
- Transport food carefully and according to instructions
- Follow delivery and setup instructions provided with each order
- Never abandon an accepted delivery without appropriate advance notice
- Represent the restaurant and Chop Chop professionally at every customer location
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record screening
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to reliably make weekday lunch deliveries
- Ability to safely lift and transport catering orders
Required Equipment
Drivers must have or be willing to obtain before their first delivery:
- At least 2 insulated catering bags (large enough for full catering trays)
- A hand truck or cart suitable for transporting larger catering orders
Professional catering equipment is required. This is not optional.
